Vancouver Apostille specializes in powers of attorney for use in Spain, and we would be pleased to assist. We've simplified the apostille process for our Spanish clients. All you need to do is bring us your original POA, and we take it from there until you have the apostilled POA ready to be sent to Spain. For further information or to discuss getting your documents apostilled, please send us an email(link sends e-mail) or call us at 604-685-2326.

How does the Apostille process work?

  1. if your POA is in Spanish, a translation will be required, so we arrange for certified translations.
  2. we prepare and affix our notarial certificate to your documentation, and apply our signature and gold notarial seal.
  3. Vancouver Apostille then deals with the BC Ministry of Attorney General to get the apositlle on your behalf.
