Adam earned his BA degree from UBC, his MA degree with distinction from the University of Leeds (U.K.), and his law degree from the University of Calgary. He is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia, and is fully accredited by the British Columbia Ministry of Attorney General and Global Affairs Canada. He works closely with provincial and federal agencies, as well as consulates and embassies across Canada.
